Eee I'm so glad to hear that you're enjoying the reboot thus far too! The visuals are stunning, and it's so exciting seeing elements of the Manga being incorporated into the Anime.~
And right?! It's canny outrageous how much backlash it's getting, especially since the showrunners mentioned from the very beginning that it was going to be a new take on the story..?

i saw the most absurd comment about how the animation looks "as bad as Berserk 2016", so i'm convinced they didn't actually watch it, pff;;
all of my concerns were dissolved as soon as i saw the first ep, looks amazing & some of the bonkers things they're doing with Knives really justifies the use of 3D lol
on top of the sheer spectacle, i'm also really impressed with how expressive the faces are??
but yeah!! <3 he looks great & i really like the little details with the body hair
