I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but neon/bright colours on black really doesn't look good. Maybe make them a bit darker?

i was kinda in a hurry to get it done. from her ref its how it looked on my screen. it may have been darker but on my screen it was bright

Still, being in a hurry doesn't mean you couldn't pick better colours. I'd recommend looking up colour theory when designing character.

the black one is acutally my friends ref. its what she created. mine is on the left. but still its my first time making drawings into an animation. ive only done atleast 2 others.

Still, they're both pretty bright. And animation has nothing to do with it, you're still picking the colours for it.
