Rao is a kitsune-styled luck dragon with three tails! She's made so that one of the tails has a sleeve inside and can be puppeted, the other 2 tails are chain stitched to the middle one so they float about with it :)

Rao tours around America with her puppet troupe friends and performs at Ren Faires! Maybe you'll see her sometime?
