The shaper Dehrok studied the animals closely, noticing prey on this dark swampy planet often confused their predators with blurs of light. Thus he decided to hunt these creatures and take their bioluminescence, and employ these tactics on the orks. Dozens of kroot hiding in the darkness with kroot hounds ready to pounce, they would ambush orks without them being able to know the true numbers of their hunters.
