you basically make a foam helmet & build from that. It makes the heads a bit bigger but definately sturdier.

I started out with the 100% foam technique, and I used it for all suits I built up until Glo, then I tried building around a balaclava.. I liked both, but it's pretty hard if you're building for someone...not...close... O_o I think I'll be going back to foam heads in the future..
