eh, this feels way more difficult than it ought to be; I think image-ready and photoshop are not the best tools for animating sprites. Hopefully I can rectify that issue tomorrow and can get flash cs4; maybe I won't have to pirate it if I can request a license from my University. Also this resolution is probably still to big to be a decent sprite unless I in put way more detail :P.
