Basically its just about my Mother really not completely accepting me being gay. She blames herself, thinking some where along the time of now and the time I was in her belly. She had done something that had made me gay. It just makes me sad to think about it.

Well i'm bi too, but since i have a boyfriend now. So this probably what set her off with this. If i had a girlfriend she'd probably acted differently. If you tell your parents or not, each person has their reaction, you can't be for sure the way they'll acted until you tell them.
God...I don't know which tears me up more, the sheer emotion in that pic, or your explanation of what it represents and why your mother feels as she does. :(
