Awesome. He can play both offense and defense, basically. I bet other party members see Sarah and Shocker as a good pair to have on the team, especially with Sarah getting three* attacks every combat round, which is sweet!
Just make sure not to neglect his stats, especially the Most Important Stat: HIT POINTS. (I personally don't feel safe with my characters until I get their max HP into the triple digits and a DEF that ends in 5 or higher)
