...Since I need a bit of 'web redemption' from my pea soup (which yes, I wont deny looks nasty, no matter which way you take a pic of it)
Have this dish from my family to yours!
~ 6 -7 decent sized pork ribs, salt and pepper on both sides
roasting pan covered in foil
The key to this dish is you really need to cook this low and slow. SO START EARLY BEFORE YOU SERVE THIS!
(Like at least at 3:00 pm or sooner), at 275 F
~ This needs to cook for at least three hours, so yeah ~
While its cooking, you can make a basic bbq sauce on your stovetop -
~ 2 cups ketchup
~ 2 tablespoons mustard (regular or dijon is fine)
~ 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
~ 2-3 tablespoons molasses (NOT the blackstrap, that comes on too strong)
~ 1 tsp onion powder
~ 1 tsp garlic powder
~ 1 tsp paprika (smoked, hot, or standard)
~ 1 tsp cayenne pepper or 2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional) if you are looking for a kick
~ 1/4 cup water
And just let it cook in a saucepan on low until syrupy
At the last hour of cooking, turn your oven on to BROIL and put the ribs on a high rack to get a good crust, and you can always baste a bit of the sauce on to get the meat good and caramelized.
Then take out, let rest under a tent of tin foil and serve with the rest of the sauce!
Enjoy!

Haha! My daughter loves the Starbucks sous vide egg bites but we haven't been able to replicate them at home to her extremely fussy satisfaction.
Glad my kid always wants to go to SB and not McDonalds, that's a blessing.
Followed the bacon wolf; looking forward to trying one of these recipes I'm seeing and telling my wife I got it off a furry site. :D
