Meet Levina, longtime friend of Lumi and a metalhead who loves playing the guitar. Due to being born during a storm, she has the ability to control lightning. Levina's guitar is weapon that allows her to shoot lightning from the tip. She also has a lot of piercings to attract electricity (this in turn strengthens her power, especially during a storm).
