I've had Quill a few times in my gallery here, and she's even been my icon on DeviantArt for years! It's probably about time that I give folks her history and characteristics. Her 'about' section is a little long since it involves a bit about the history of Forever Flight's world. Apologies.

Special talents: Can remotely control and regenerate her feathers, can change the physical properties of her feathers (steel, fire, etc.), can freely change the colors of her feathers for camouflage, is well-trained in martial arts, espionage skills, and has an extensive knowledge of cultures and languages.

About:

Older than most fursons realize, Quill has been the leader of SphenisCaide’s scouts and spy network for many hundreds of years. As the second youngest Sister in the organization, she shows a great deal of respect for those above her, but also a lot of care for her younger Sister, Sol (even if she drives her crazy with frustration sometimes).
Her whereabouts nowadays are hard to narrow down, as she’s one of the most mobile of Caide’s group and is deceptively good at becoming literally and figuratively invisible. When she’s not spying and gathering information, she can be found with her tribe back on the Southern Continent or at her favorite restaurant in the Jade Territory, enjoying the closest thing to a normal life that any of the Sisters will get to experience. Perhaps that’s why she tends to value life more than any of them as well.
