Nathan "Rai" Spencer, the "Raionic Commando."
This was an interesting challenge, as Radd Spencer underwent all different sorts of designs throughout the years. I ended up settling with a design that 45% NES version, 45% Rearmed version, and 10% kinda winging it. Making a sole attire work on a Raichu somehow didn't make the character as distinguishable.
But things didn't exactly end there, as I eventually also put music together for the occasion.
