If there was ever an archenemy for my TUFF persona, John Shepherd, the General Guar to his Kitty Katswell, it would have to be this big, beefy brute. This is Jerome "Rocket" Bullier, an old childhood bully of John's that grew up to become a big, mean crime lord in a neighboring city of Petropolis. I based him off of an imaginary arch-nemesis I gave myself while I was in elementary school who was pretty much the opposite of myself in every way. I guess the same can be said for this big bully as he's pretty much a re-invention of that imaginary enemy of mine. I figured since I've created a TUFF persona, I might as dig this old character of mine out of the recesses of my mind.
Jerome "Rocket" Bullier was a bully who constantly harassed John Shepherd and Dudley Puppy back when they were kids. The reason being that John would always go out of his way to stand up for those in trouble, especially his own cousin, and he didn't like that. So, he would pick on other kids just to lure John out so he can overpower him so much. During school, John and Jerome would always be over competitive with each other when it comes to homework, school projects, athletic events, etc., and despite his more superior physique, John would always come out on top. One day while John and Dudley were at baseball practice, Jerome was picking on a little cat girl to get to John, and thinking fast, John bonked him on the head with one of the metal bats his team used, and saved the cat girl. Afterwards, Jerome's parents caught on to his bullying ways, and they moved to the neighboring city of Bulltown in hopes of straightening him out.
Unfortunately, it didn't, as he grew up to become a ruthless criminal, and eventually became the biggest crime boss in Bulltown. Jerome then earned his nickname "Rocket" because his punches were so powerful, it was the equivalent of being hit by a high-caliber rocket. He became a feared crime lord in Bulltown for years until one day, Team Katswell was called in to look into his criminal activities. Rocket then recognized John immediately, and ordered his henchmen to overpower Team Katswell, and bring John to him as he had a score to settle with him. When John was brought to him, he was able to get the better of him by using his brute strength on him. Luckily, the rest of Team Katswell was able to encourage him enough to rise up against his tormentor, and using his Force Modems, he was able to defeat him. After that, Rocket was arrested, and his criminal empire crumbled, but he still vowed to get back at John one of these days.
As for that cat girl that Rocket was bullying back when he was a kid, that was Kitty herself!
