A high school student finds himself the unique victim of a very unusual occurance. But what caused it, why him, and what else has changed apart from his appearance? What does the world want with him? I'll be honest, this is a story I wrote in July of 2009 (as you can tell from the Terminator reference, yech) as a break from my main novel. The opening scene was funnily enough the exact situation where I came up with the idea for the story, though I wasn't bold enough to start writing it while still in the practice exam. XD

There are two chapters finished so far, and I offer no promise whatsoever that anything beyond that will get finished. What with university coming up and another short story in the works as I speak, chances are slim that I'll revisit this one.

The title is based on the overall idea I had for this short story, but it doesn't really come in to play after just two chapters. Still, perhaps if I get enough comments I'll be motivated enough to write some more *unsubtle hint* Hope you enjoy!
