Brynda is a non-binary unicorn deer that is centuries old, born sometime in the Medieval age in the old forests of Scandinavia. Their fur was originally all brown but their use of powerful magic to defend their forest has transformed and bleached their coat into shades of blue and white reducing their ability to remain camouflaged. Fearing the day they would no longer be able to hide from natural predators and human hunters that desired their unique pelt they learned to fight with a sword and shield and learned to use weaker non-eroding forms of magic creatively, reserving powerful magic for last resort attempts to survive
