For those who don't follow me on DA I have been working on a few PoM paintings that I am stupidly going to send to Nick Studios. This one being the most recent to be completed, I still have two other companion pieces to this one, but hell, I am so proud of this one RIGHT NOW that I am posting here. /ORZ

BTW, this is inspired by a three chapter story written by a very good friend of mine, a Little Mermaid/Penguins of Madagascar crossover story, well, the third chapter is. :3

The second thing I have ever COMPLETELY digitally painted is finally done. /dies.

Only two programs were used, Opencanvas for the painting, and SAI for my signature. @_@

Again, I would just like to say:
WHY THE FUCK DID I DO THIS TO MYSELF??

I went into painting with no knowledge of what the fuck I was doing, did the entire thing on one layer and spent hours upon hours working myself like a dog on this so I could include it in the portfolio to Nick studios. Who may actually hate the thing, I don't know. XDD

An ordeal I would gladly burden upon myself again. I mean, I still have the two other companion paintings to go with this one, but this one of Julien is by far the most detailed of the three.

Also, I fucking hate flowers!
Seriously, I was like, flowers no fucking big, I loved drawing them, but painting them was another story entirely. I implemented techniques here I never even learned in HS or College.

And don't go telling me the flowers look different, I want to see you be super fucking precise when it comes to painting them. /rage.

This was entirely self taught painting right here my friends. o3o

Comments are greatly appreciated on this, and please, criticize if you want, but I would rather you not. I am already pretty self critical of myself and see about a dozen things I could fix, but hell, this is as good as it's going to get. >:[
