The symbol on her uniform is a thirteen-pointed star, the symbol of the Covenant of Despair. She is a commander in their organization. She has an intense hatred of humans, possibly related to how she lost her eye.

She does have a naughty side, but she keeps it hidden in order to command the respect of her underlings.
