Donald Drake's son, Adam, a 19-yo new freshman rookie cop, has made way to finally capturing Professor Nimnul. However Fat Cat and his gang backfire Nimnul's arrest and thus Norton and Fat Cat join forces. Adam then got false advertisingly kicked out of the police force and so the Rangers prepare to begin their biggest adventure as they make way to save him in the event. During that time, the Rangers realize that Professor Nimnul and Fat Cat have joined forces. Things start heating up by that matter being that in this supernatural world where animals and humans are now properly able to understand one another, the outcome of Nimnul and Fat Cat teaming up is a worse outcome than it was when the two worked together during the very first case the Rangers had with Aldrin Klordane's clutchcoin ruby. Not only that, but the Rangers also discover that every evil thing that Professor Nimnul had ever done during their time together is due to him being let down on a pension from his career as a scientist. So after the Rangers save Adam, he and the police force agree to partner up and try to investigate about what Nimnul and Fat Cat's ultimate plan to rule the world in their ways is all about. Therefore, as the animals and humans work together here as a team to fight this crime and these forces of evil during this big case; the Rescue Rangers take loads of notes that they manage to learn about during their whole investigation, and then report them to the police force to trigger the cop's attention. In the meanwhile, Fat Cat also realizes that in this supernatural world where humans and animals now interact, his empire at the Happy Tom Cat Food Factory is now at stake. A newly hired Animal Control Officer named, Vivian Gizmo, along with her team of co-agents at the Rescue Animal Society base, Flash the Wonder Dog, Conrad Cockatoo, and a human lady officer, Teresa McNeeley, are bound to be on Fat Cat and his gang's track to bust them, put them out of order for good, and end their casino like criminal kindgom once and for all. Whereas, from what the Rangers know about Fat Cat; the police high-tail their notes over to Vivian and them at the Rescue Animal Society base to catch their attention about Fat Cat's evil doings. So with Norton Nimnul and Fat Cat paired together in this circumstance, chaotic events happen from one place to another as the two villians try to do everything in their power to be one step ahead of the Rescue Rangers, the police, and the Rescue Animal Society team. But the Rangers are still able to go their ways of figuring out exactly what in the world they are trying to do. Thus as a result, by the assistance with the police and the Rescue Animal Society, the Rangers completely demolish the empire of Fat Cat's casino and blow up the Happy Tom Cat Food Factory. But it dosen't end there as it later afterwards comes to the ultimate test for the Rescue Rangers after destroying the Happy Tom Cat Food Factory and ruining everything for the two villians, that the Rangers get bound to pay BIG time. As a result, Adam, the police, and the Rangers make their way to save Vivian along with their other friends, Tammy, Foxlgove, Bink, Conrad, Flash the Wonder Dog out from a plane with a bomb implanted by enraged Professor Nimnul and Fat Cat.
