First human OC I’ve made in ages lmao

Blue Heron was a concept I came up with a couple years ago during a beach vacation gone wrong. My family got a rental in a beach town nearby and we got scammed, so as a joke I came up with the idea of a vigilante guy who was sick of the scams and tourist traps in his coastal hometown and takes matters into his own hands. It started of as a silly lil thing where he just beats up Karens and drunk spring breakers in over the top slapstick-ish ways, but then I got attached to him and started crafting a story idea with him with some actual serious topics, such as mental illness, mixed in with the goofy stuff.
