Next up is Ben’s Powerpuff Girls-based form, which has been dubbed ‘Bittybuff’
Bittybuff has an incredibly innocent and childish personality, akin to being similar to a cute little girl. As such, Bittybuff enjoys coloring and playing with toys, as well as playing dress up. However, Bittybuff is still a Powerpuff, and is capable of feats of great power and skill that make the form seemingly useful for just about any situation. A major downside to the form, though, is that Bittybuff can be distracted quite easily by things that catch his interest, as well as throwing occasional tantrums over things not going the way he wants. Bittybuff can also be rather reckless and capable of causing a lot more collateral damage than needed.
Sandra, Ben’s mother, would also consider Bittybuff to be one of her favorites of Ben’s forms, and if given the chance more often, would absolutely love to just baby him.

Speculating a bit Bittybuff would be simply unstoppable. If the Omnitrix takes the genetics of a species and projects the best possible version, Bittybuff would be so broken that she could easily humiliate the Powerpuff girls in every aspect, even with the support of a Bliss with complete control of her powers. The only way they could fight it is if the 4 of them merge, but wherever they fight would cease to exist from the destructive clash of power. So let's thank Bittybuff is innocent and childish. What's more, instead of fighting Bitty she would play with Bubbles and they would be her best friends, and the other powerpuff girls would see her as a cousin from another universe.
About Ben's family there is not much to say. Bittybuff is a little girl and when they use her you have to take care of her and pamper her. Which is more challenging than the threat of the villain on duty. Bitty arrives, mashes it up in seconds, and then starts playing and having fun.
It goes without saying that this way humiliates in any aspect of strength, speed, resistance and an endless number of various abilities to almost the entire Roster of Ben 10 canonical aliens. Let's not even mention that Bittybuff would have the unique abilities of the 4 Powerpuff Girls, but your own. And beware, if she could have a supreme form, Bitty would be for practical purposes, a Goddess.
