The planet is covered entirely in a volcanic bog where The Endless One lives. A giant 400m long nematode that burrows through the wet volcanic sand.

The people's worship keeps it satisfied so that their settlements may be spared, though they still mostly build in the mountains and rocky shields of the planet to avoid their homes sinking into the ground or being accidentally eaten by The Endless One.
