Well, I definitely drew inspiration from other tribal animals I've seen. But surprisingly, it's not a hard style to draw in. Not digitally, at least XO3 For me, it's more or less drawing arcs and curves, and then erasing parts of them to intensify the sharpness of the curves and points at the end of lines.
