Ms. Kanga's recently started inflating herself like a water balloon, slowly but surely practicing her abdominal stretch. Showing off her sloshing girth to all her friends, they're all very surprised, yet kindly supportive of her endeavors. At this point, although she's quite happy with how severely bloated she's become, it doesn't look like she'll be able waddle out through the door for a while. She'll be fine though. She's certainly well hydrated enough to relax, lay down by the doorway, and enjoy the green grass with fresh air. Comically, folks often think she's heavily pregnant with a few joeys, but no, she's just fit to burst with liquid.
