In the lustrous flooded lands of Pokemon, the kings and queens do their best to help and listen to their peoples requests. King Wott here is doing the same, though it’s getting kinda dull and he wasn’t expecting to be here this long. Does he got enough air to keep listening, or will he break royal etiquette and dash for the air pocket? Only time, and his patience, will tell.

With a tiny amount of artistic vigor returning to me, here’s what I could think of. I’m aware in the anime, the character I based this off of is a girl, but I think this still has a kingly fit to it.
