This character is cool looking, What is his story?

I keep his origins a mystery. And his goals would make no sense even if we knew them.
He's a wizard older than the human race who has cunningly made himself indispensible to every major demon prince in the cosmos. The forces of Chaos can't exactly have a leader, but they can have a kind of referee, which is what he has made himself. He's the longtime occupant of the Throne At The Eye Of The Hurricane, the only little island of peace in the Abyss.
Beyond that, there is little much else to say. He's an long-form antagonist of a story that never got written.

That sounds interesting, Perhaps overtime we'll find out more as his character develops. Also sounds like he has a nice place in the chaos realm.
