An absolutely gorgeous commission done by the ever-wonderful Tess on Twitter! Everyone that I have shown my entire gallery to so far has said this is their favorite one of them all, and I cannot blame them! This piece is one of the two that introduced Mizu's anthro form, and continues to be this form's primary representative piece.
She is dressed in her most favorite outfit-- her priceless, silken cherry blossom patterned kimono, or one of them, considering she owns many of them. However, this one is her most prized! She also has the kimono's matching obi, a pair of elegant geta, her fan (shhh-- it's also a sword!) and, of course, her beloved mask that she is never seen without! As you could probably guess, she loves cherry blossoms, for their beauty is a spectacle like no other, much like Mizu herself.
So stare and admire all you'd like; her beauty is unparalleled, and she always enjoys having guests and passersby alike admire her stunning body and dress, just as she does with the blossoms she adores.

Anthro Mizutsune can look very nice! That's why I decided to anthropomorphize mine, as well as to give her expressions of her personality that she can't have with her original feral form, like with clothes and such.
But yes, in terms of MH monsters, Mizutsune is certainly a more popular one, and it's easy to see why!
Don't compare this one to your own drawing! You're doing traditional, and even then you're doing quite well too! Traditional is harder to master, from what I know!

Mizutsune, the crown jewel mythical foxy leviathan. I adore this majestic monster from the Generations series in resemblance to a fox. And in anthro form, that makes Mizutsune so graceful! The design you have here is truly magnificent! I love this anthro design. ^.^ ❤
For me I started later (with GenU) but it was love at first sight! I love that creature so strongly, I can't even put it into words! Beautiful, precious, adorable, foxy, bubbly baby!

GenU was a whole new level, and had G Rank as well. It surprised me since MH4U had that kind of perk. I used insect Glaive before. But yes, I bet she has more magic to fend off her opponent very well too. If she ever needs help in a fight, I'll offer my aid and powers. I possess many different magic spells and wouldnt mind aiding you. By chance, do you play Monster Hunter Sunbreak? If so, feel free to let me know via notes, I have the game and still play. 😊
Yes, of course I do! I'd never miss a new MH game, let alone one featuring a high-definition Mizutsune! Just be aware, the game is not cross platform.
Also, she does not possess any magic as the setting she resides in does not have any magic. She doesn't really fight either... though if she were to fight, she wouldn't be helpless. 😉
