Yeah, well in UK we didn't have ANY events up until Wifi. If you wanted Deoxys or Mew on Emerald you had to send it in to Nintendo, wait for a week, and then you get your event stuff :V

Oh, one advantage though was that you could do it anytime. There was no time limit. I only had Deoxys put on a few months ago :3
