Potentially. Do you know the average size of a meerkat's genitals? Dragon (from Shrek) got impregnated by Donkey so surely Timon's can reach Shenzi's womb. ;)
It will be painful for her if that is even conceivable as pseudo-penis vagina's are easy to damage.
