This reminds me of a funny story from my teenage years when I was trying to get a summer job. My mom remarried so had a different last name and at the time she was running her own car repair business. I listed her as a reference using her "official" title of HMFIC not realizing what it meant. I wound eventually realize why I was getting no interviews lol
