
This is the first dish I was ever let to make for a restaurant. Its a pair of poached eggs served on a herb roasted tomato slice, nestled up to a garlic, and rosemary butter roasted baby artichoke. The sauce is a Basil White wine, and Parmesan sauce garnished with bacon and served wtih a side of country potatoes
