Every once in awhile it’s good to try something new. Bi was at an exotic wood store last month with my wood turning roomie and was blown away for the stunning wood for sale. I found this amazing this piece live edge olive wood and instantly thought of fish. So I bought it with the intention of seeing if it would take paint well. It certainly did! This was a joy to oaint and I plan to do more. so this is acrylic on olive wood, 19x7. Just need to varnish it and it’s all done.
