This is once again another Kobold, or well, Scalebold faction that exists in the setting. However, I'm going to keep things extremely vague for now, up to even the design but she is a faction leader and a major one at that! Abstract and a whole lot of fun... Or I at least consider this piece to be more abstract. Until then everyone, consider this a teaser.

I want to point out that this is an Epic Dark Fantasy setting with a lot of mythological and religious tones and that there is no real-life connection to any of these events, religions, characters and it is fully, grounded, in fantasy. This is the same setting where faith is a massive part of the magic system. There are also many satirical tones as well...
