To paraphrase the Pokedex, Cramorant is neither bright nor especially picky about what it shoves in its mouth. All in all, this sounds like a recipe for disaster when you throw tanks of compressed air into the mix. It could probably spit that thing out whenever it wants to, but I'm not sure it's even realized what's going on in the first place.
