Julia Faustus is the acting professor of Oneiromancy at the Observatorium, and is perpetually tired because of the nature of studying dreams and because she doesn't know how to not overwork herself. She is the coordinator of the Field Internship Program, and thus must deal with the antics of a couple of very odd, very inquisitive college students.

The Teammates tend to go to her whenever they have strange dreams (given her field of study), and her interpretations tend to be dry but insightful. She accepts payment in the form of melatonin and covering shifts for naps even though one of her main skills is being able to do paperwork while sleepwalking.
