Finally this mask is done. Been working on commissions as well as this one and the Jaguar mask ever since I was able to get some things out of storage. Not everything is out yet, but it will be soon I hope.
Unlike the Jaguar mask (which is airbrushed), this one is dry brushed (as in I took paint on a paint brush and hand applied it by hand, smoothing and blending it with a wet rag. The results make the fur a bit stiffer and the blending mount is fair, but you can control where the color goes.
The far left picture shows the full movement ability of the jaw. the "white" you may see on the nose and lips is just shine. Nose, lips, and mouth is glossed to not only protect the paint, but to provide a nice realistic shine.
This mask is for sale!!! Most likely for $600-$700. I will be posting it up on Furbuy as soon as I get my camera so I can shoot video of it.
Hand painted glass following eyes, hand cast resin face and jaw set. The back does up via velcro. You will want to wear a hood underneath. One will not be provided.

Did you ever find this sweet puppy a name? I love his expressions it's like depending on the way his head is tilted you can see sarcastic, sad, happy, and kind of a lonely looking emotion too. love it love it. :] Also, I was wondering if maybe you'd like to do a trade sometime soon? I'm not really sure how that works, so bear with me xD I understand that you're super busy, so please get back to me when you can. :]
