I WANTED TO DRAW A SNAKE. its... is no species in particular just some sorta cobra thing i suppose
i was just farting around and decided to make this a full CG because it originally was just a sketch. I'm not sure how snake anatomy should work when it comes to anthros... I gave this one legs but I've also seen snake anthros with no legs and just the tail. I personally prefer them WITH legs but it depends on the specific design/drawing I suppose.

I meant that it really comes down to the specific drawing itself; in some drawings anthro snakes look better without legs and then in others i think they look much better with legs :D depends on what the artist feels suits the character design better.
