Art by Mr. Isogashi over on twitter, he did a fantastic job on this and am very happy with how it turned out.
The Iron Leaf paradox pokemon was my idea after a few weeks to a month of thinking on it.
Iron Leaf is an Electric Grass type that usually travels in a pack of three or as a couple, couples usually reside of one alpha and one omega while a group of three would consist of alphas, if there is only one however it is most likely an omega variant as they're the stronger of the two variants. Theres also the shiny variant for obvious reasons.
Their tail can extend and be used as a whip with the tail end being sharpened and at most times battleworn, they keep this bit of their body especially polished. They're able to stick to metal surfaces via magnetism on the soles of their feet, allowing them to quite literally walk on ceilings/walls if the need ever arises. They can climb other surfaces but not as easily as metal surfaces. Most would avoid trainers on sights, blending into their environment in order to not be seen, however once seen they will take a defensive stance, knocking away anything thrown at them with their extending tail. If cornered they will attack relentlessly until given an option for further avoidance or to eat the one that had chased them into such a position.
Their signature move, Whiplash is a 95 physical power move with a 90% accuracy, it has a chance to either flinch or lower the defense of the opposing pokemon and protects Iron Leaf from status ailments from abilities such as Flame Body or Static when the move is used.
Unlike other future paradox pokemon their ability is Gaia Core: passively heals 5% to 10% of hp each turn and heals status ailments given after two turns of being afflicted.
