The gas pump was a fun challenge. All in all I think I used a plug from headphones, a perfume bottle, two bottoms from one of those vending machine prize domes, an earring back, a meat thermometer, 2 slices of quarter round, and two chunks of wood.
I spent a long time training myself to see things like that as a child after reading a book from the sixties on making doll furniture.

I made it for fun, and I'd need a few more hundreds before I'd part with it to justify the ridiculous levels of work I put into the damn thing.
It seems like a pretty desperate place to stop in a zombie attack. It's probably off some length of road that used to be major but is now mostly ignored, you're lost, your car's low on gas, they're closin' in from all sides and all you've got is a shut down plywood shack of a gas station/ greasy spoon that doesn't even have a toilet inside but if you're lucky, maybe there're some Twinkies still sitting in perpetual unrotting glory on the shelves, a few bottles of cola, and just maybe some beautiful bastard left a gun behind the counter.
At least the door looks sturdy and the windows shouldn't be too hard to block.
