I got the idea for this from an old graphic novel I used to read back in my old art class called "League of One." It was a Justice League comic, but it mostly focused on Wonder Woman. Anyways, the villain was a dragon from the middle ages that woke up in '02 and Wonder Woman goes to fight it.
In it we find out that dragons eat gold, and their bodies reforge it on their skin. Which makes them fairly tough to kill, but eating gold forged by humans causes the dragon to become evil or something.
I only remembered this a couple of months ago. And I realized the great fetishy potential this idea had.
I've been working on this on and off for the past several months now; distracted by school, vidya games and other arts. I just finished this up today.
These are the first watercolor paintings that I took pictures of rather than scan them. Results still aren't as good as I'd like, but I think it's better overall.
Couple of things I don't like about this are the fact that the paint kinda spilled over and got all splotchy at some spaces. That, and I don't really like the pose in the last frame.
But still, I'm fairly pleased with how this all came out.
Also, cats in trees seem to be my trademark or something. :V
*EDIT* Looks like the pic got resized or something. If you want to see a bigger version you can find it on my DA page.

Huh, my character did that once cuz it's really the only way dragons can carry gold around when flyin'.
I thought it was really fetishy too - there isn't much stuffing involving inanimate objects.
And I agree, her belly scales like, swelling out is a really nice touch, not many people do that.

Huh. Well, I'd imagine that extra weight might cause flight problems regardless. 'Cause, you know, it's not a matter of where it's being gripped.
Actually I kinda see stuff like this all the time, provided you consider food to be an inanimate object. :U
