I’m from Kazakhstan (if you thought about Borat, please don’t) and this is Kazakh mythological character Zheztyrnak. Many people compare her with vampires, because she digs into flash with her long, sharp copper nails and drinks blood. Also she’s really loud, like really, her scream can kill. She was described as a very beautiful, attractive, but quiet and calm girl, on whom there were always a lot of national jewelry, a wide smile, and her claws hid long sleeves.
