Personally, I like that she's keeping the weight on. It's cool when there's a canon change in a character's appearance that sticks around. I did a similar thing with one of my characters who used to be skinny, but she ended getting big and decided to stay that way. Conversely, I have another who started out morbidly obese but has since resolved to shed the pounds and get in shape.
