Super curious how his spellcraft is expressed in the campaign. Does he retell stories that act like guides for his magic or does he cast it much like a wizard or sorcerer would?

I believe a bard casts spells and abilities by tapping into the occult or unnatural natures of the world and can draw out power by speaking or playing music or rhythm a certain way. I kinda run Milu in a way that operates a little on faith and technique. Expressing a belief through words and speeches, and using confident instruction and dialogue to empower in a supernatural way.
