I often draw outfits based on some element I like from the clothing that I'm wearing at the time (or recently) with hints of fantasy. They all seem to end up being situated into my one particular story set, though they certainly have other ramifications.
In this particular case, I liked my dress, longsweater, and my hair.
This image comes from a set of three, where the intent was to have certain pseudo-chibi characteristics. This one was slightly harder though, as she is taller than the other two.
