ToS for FireLeon:

-Art will not be worked on until payment is received.
-Payment plans can be arranged for art over $100.
-If you aren’t able to pay for the art you asked for right away you can be put on a hold list for one (1) week before Reopening it to others.
-Once art is passed the sketch stage you can not request a refund. If you do then you’d get a partial refund based on how much I’ve already finished of the art.
-All art done can be used for advertising. If you don’t want that then I will need you to say something before hand.
-You must be over eight teen (18) to commission me. If you are younger you will have to have a your parent/ legal guardian contact me about art.
-All prices are subject to change for any reason.
-If I have to refund you for any reason, even passed the sketch stage, you will be getting the full refund. This is only if I am the one who needs to give out the refund.
-Art takes time, I have a full time day job, be patient with me. I am not a full time artist yet.
-You are not allowed to use my art for profit unless we come to an agreement.
-Sending payment means you agree to these terms.
