Yeah, the weekly publishing format makes things tricky 😅 This card was given to Todd at the end of Chapter Two. So not that long ago in page time but literally months in release time!
So the only thing you need to know for now is that the Revenant operative in Chapter Two gave this card to Todd and told him to mull on his situation, having just learned he has incomplete government programming in his brain.

Also the comic is set in the smallish city of Reynard. We've seen a couple nods here and there, but again, the references are really far apart if you're reading this at a page a week 😅

That rat was lucky... but why the assault? What was that rat’s angle? Was that rat an amateur inept hitman or what?

Might be a bit of a cultural thing, but smash and grabs are common out my side of the world. And the setting of Revenants is a fictionalised version of it!
