Wenzel In the Pool Rooms By Skylar
Description: There's a character in the scene. They are a non-binary anthropomorphic grey wolf named Wenzel Bardawulf. They have grey fur, green claws, and a bright green mohawk. The wolf is wearing a sleek one-piece swimsuit; it's green in colour and has two black stripes, one thicker than the other running over the tops of the shoulder straps and down each flank. Wenzel is wading through clear water that comes up to just below their knees. The background is the pool rooms, a level from the internet horror fandom The Backrooms.
Wenzel Bardawulf is exploring the Pool Rooms liminal space. They make the most of the experience by wearing their green and black one-piece swimsuit. I like the idea of the backrooms where there are no entities, and it's just explorers walking the empty corridors and exploring the space. It's something like in the first Portal game. I loved the liminal space vibe of the first Portal that was lost in the second. Liminal space horror doesn't need monsters, and less is more. I like the pool rooms level because it gives me an excuse for my wolf to wear their cute one-piece that's not too contrived.
