I'm a little obsessed with the idea of traditional media, not just in the sense of physical paintings you can frame on the wall, but real, tangible pieces of in-character ephemera. I already printed that faux antique photo for Vaughn's birthday last year, but how could I surprise gift
zackloup with a more modern, instant camera equivalent that young Ray might have access to?
The answer was to make paper cutouts of the kiddos, rig them on a piece of cardboard, and hold them up in front of my Instax. There were a lot of failures. No guarantees how instant film will turn out and the viewfinder isn't much help at this range. But eventually I got a clear shot without any edges or fingers showing- a real, physical photo of fictional dogs.
Ray belongs to Zack, Vaughn belongs to me, and this AU continues to be extremely based.
bonus: GHOST PATROL
