Owen started off as basically just a Buizel (The main reason for his color and arm/heel fins), but I really didn't want to just copy Nintendo's design. He is the extrovert in my group of introvert 'sonas, the one that slaps together parties and events when everyone else would be hiding out playing video games and reading. And then he will drag you into them. But you can't get mad at him. He's bubbly, fun-loving, and just all-around "The Social Butterfly."
