a plan was set to find a way to stop them to emerge from the earth what it was the nexus from the Spectres and the and current reality.

however this required go physically to the null point of all universe variants, Basically a place where the universe variants are depured and stabilized
the only way to go there w/o artrealis assitance its wait for a cosmic alling, however this is a unpredictable event and cannot be waited to the next one
a plan was to use Holly powers to "Restore" the earth in a previous time where the earth was affected by the cosmic alling, a investigation was set to decide if go for the 2 plausible know date

Due an intentional miss understanding, Holly recieved instructions of proceed with the earth restoration while Soyuz go to earth, suddently after holly used her power on earth and the capsule starting to close, she was attacked and pulled inside the solar system
while soyuz was rescued by Zarklebyathan, none of them be aware of the orders given to holly or her status
the capsule closed with holly trapped inside of the solar system, due the odd conditions of the capsule closure, now the earth its back to april 17 of 1980, but with gates opens to the spectres who gonna abuse of the "cosmic convergent" affected people

A precarious secret treaty between the two created in the mid 70's in order to study anomalous events at international level for scientific purposes and now functions as a spearhead in the offensive against the specters and possessed humans.

Its suspected what holly was on earth from 1981 to 1992 fighting all kinds of spectres for both superpowers nations, however the Capsule was broken from inside after 2 months on the rest of the galaxy, just 10 minutes after this the whole solar system was misteriously teletrasported to another galaxy, Holly was detained for suspisions of a coup' n eat in the Galactic coalition
for the Queen Katerine Kidnap while she was on Earth, aswell she refusing giving details about her mission on earth, she was manage to escape from the autorities of the Galactic coalition, becoming a most wanted entity

A plan from the high rank officials of the remaining goberment started to consider holly actions against the goberment and her mission on earth a failure since spectres appeared even with the earth outside the galaxy
so they try to execute all humans on the galaxy, however, Katerine was needed for do this, so a plan was set to turn every raidkidian follow a defence initiative and actively kill all humans called "Purge", but got disapproval for every member of the goberment

a deal was set to some spectres who demmanded holly body and sould in exchange of let all habitants of the galaxy on peace, a deal what the goberment accepted. and they tricked her into a ambush to kill her, in cooperation of the Hazard entities Intervention Unit and some Skilled spectre carriers
however Holly was able to defeat all them and unveiling Soyuz as a traitor and manipulator of queen actions for decades and expose him tried to execute the Purge single handly hacking all the goverment after holly discovering what soyuz has plans in earth mission but accidently holly changed places with him.

holly defeat and encapsulate Soyuz and all HEIU agents got defeated aswell spectre carriers.
the Raidkidian goberment after discovering the hacking appents and the influence of soyuz on it they decided to dissolve the whole goberment
leaving 2 or 3 parties empty in the galactic coalition and leading into the fall of the Galactic Coalition empire weeks later.
