Flair Heung Ya, a Magmotar Junior grade student from Heung Ya province. Her province were quite poor with years of hardship in their land, but they have unique cooking talents and are known to cook delicious spicy Chinese food. They were able to earn decent money with their cooking talent serving their people and other villagers outside their own province. Because of that, her parents were able to afford to pay her intuition fee for PCA education.

Flair Heung Ya learnt her family's way of cooking and came to PCA to learn more about cooking of different culture as well as other educations. She likes to share her spicy food with her friends back at home, but in PCA, it's just too damn spicy for her new friends. The only individual that could truly withstand her spiciness is Eddie Greenway. Emma Tsunami acknowledges her talent for fire powerhouse, so she recruits Flair to be part of Team Corrode.
